By-laws respecting blasting operations
18A by-law of a local government made under paragraph 10(1)(f) shall include
(a)
the standards or codes respecting blasting operations that are prescribed by regulation, or
(b)
the standards or codes respecting blasting operations that are approved by regulation for adoption and incorporation by reference in the by-law.
